For your convenience, our newly developed department consisting of Engineering, Housing, Fair Housing, Grants, Code Enforcement, and Zoning Departments are here to better serve our community. These departments work closely with one another to accomplish the many tasks our city is challenging in order to grow and become a prosperous community.
Together we can keep our community clean, safe, and growing, so that Ashtabula can become a better place for the future of our children.
If you are paying for a rental permit, you will be select “permits” and fill in the section that requests your “PR” (property ID, listed on your invoice) as well as the address of the property you are making the payment for. If you are paying for multiple properties, you will need to enter this information for each property by clicking on the “add more” button after each one.
If you are paying for a zoning permit or any other fees, you can select “fees” with the drop down window and follow those prompts to make your payment.
If you require a copy of your permit immediately, Email us at PCD@CityofAshtabula.com requesting the permit and we will send you an electronic copy as soon as your payment clears our system.
