THE PURPOSE OF THIS EMERGENCY MEETING IS TO PERMIT CITY COUNCIL TO VOTE ON RESOLUTION DECLARING A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE CITY OF ASHTABULA, OHIO, DUE TO THE WORLD‐WIDE COVID‐19 PANDEMIC
